Account
The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping access to the account secure. Users may not transfer accounts to third parties, use another person's account or attempt to access restricted parts of the platform without permission.
Programs and materials
Programs, videos, texts, images, exercises and other materials are intended for personal use. They may not be copied, sold, published, distributed or used outside Bruonix without permission from the rights holder.
Creators and moderation
Creators may create and publish programs through Bruonix Studio if this feature is available. The creator is responsible for the legality, quality and accuracy of their materials, as well as for having the necessary rights to videos, music, images, texts and other program elements.
Bruonix may review, hide, reject or remove materials that violate platform rules, third-party rights, applicable law or create risks for users.
Payment and access
Some programs are free, while others are sold for a one-time payment or as a subscription. The final price, GEL currency and purchase model are shown on the individual program page before checkout.
Bank card payments are processed by Flitt on its secure checkout page. Bruonix does not receive or store the full card number, expiry date or CVC/CVV.
Digital delivery
No physical delivery is involved. After Flitt confirms payment, digital access is automatically linked to the signed-in Bruonix account and normally appears within seconds on Web and supported devices.

Limitation of liability
Bruonix provides educational and informational content. Platform materials are not medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for consulting a specialist. The user independently evaluates their condition and, if necessary, consults a specialist before starting exercises.
